Fenesta, a leading windows and doors brand in India, sought to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through a mobile app that allows users to customize products and view them in augmented reality (AR). The goal was to provide a seamless, interactive experience that empowers users to visualize Fenesta's products in their own spaces.
Challenge
Limited Visualization Options: Potential customers found it challenging to visualize how Fenesta products would look in their homes or offices.
Complex Customization Process: The existing process for customizing products was cumbersome and not user-friendly, leading to drop-offs in the sales funnel.
Lack of Engagement: Henesta wanted to increase customer engagement and time spent interacting with their products digitally.
